The World Cup is starting to wind down and at the end of today we’ll know the first semifinal matchup, as Belgium and Spain battle. The “winner” gets to play France. Spain played one of the most boring games of the tournament in the last round, not really befitting their status as a World Cup tournament favorite. However, in this match both teams will be playing under the “watchful eye” of Michael Oliver, so you know it’s going to be extremely stupid.

Well, considering I had pegged this as most likely the best match in the quarterfinals, I was sure made to look like a fool, huh? I’m going to go out on a limb here and say that France looks like they’re pretty good at this whole football thing.
