Jarek’s Pre-Tipoff Thoughts:
Nebraska has gotten away with some slow starts on the road this season. If they do that tonight, good luck. The Huskers have to get off to the start similar to the one at Illinois, hopefully minus blowing a 14-point first half lead. Michigan has been known to straight up bludgeon teams on both ends of the floor. This one requires an A++ type of game for the Huskers.
At some point, the nation’s longest win streak will come to an end. It very well could be tonight. Having said that, I haven’t picked against Nebraska yet, and in no way no how am I going to do that tonight. The Huskers have proven not to panic, unlike us long-time suffering fans. The poise, balance, and grit of this team have proven they can do many things that astound the country. A top 5 matchup on the road at Michigan, and this isn’t even football in the 90’s? Hell yeah, go get them. Score Prediction: Nebraska 85 Michigan 84
