Next week’s (Oct. 30) episode of SmackDown takes place the night before Halloween. With that in mind, WWE has announced it will be Danhausen’s Very Nice, Very Evil SmackDown.
What kind of spooky plans does WWE have in the works for the big show? Well for one, there’s the very frightening possibility that Nikki Bella becomes the new WWE women’s champion when she challenges Chelsea Green for the gold. There’s also Rey Fenix defending the AAA world cruiserweight championship in a rematch against Ricky
Saints.
The biggest title match of all is alpha male Sami Zayn putting the WWE championship on the line against Trick Williams. WWE gave fans a reason to think Trick can win the top prize in the company when he defeated Zayn’s team in a six-man tag team match in the main event of tonight’s (Oct. 23) episode.
Money in the Bank contract holder Penta made a surprise appearance to join Trick and Fenix for this six-man match, so WWE also wants to make it clear that Penta is always lurking in the shadows. Even if Sami beats Trick next week, Penta might just cash in and take Sami’s belt to set up his own rematch with Roman Reigns at Crown Jewel.
Okay Cagesiders, let me know in the comments below what you hope to see next week on Danhausen’s Very Nice, Very Evil SmackDown. Will The Last Real Good Guy lose the WWE championship to either Williams or Penta, and therefore change the main event of Crown Jewel in Saudi Arabia?
