Coming off a 4-13 campaign under one-and-done head coach Jerod Mayo, the New England Patriots made “change” the official motto of their 2025 offseason. Bringing in Mike Vrabel to replace Mayo was the first domino to fall; from there, the team completely overhauled its coaching staff as well as a significant part of its roster.
Whether this process will yield the desired results or indeed set the team on a more promising path than the one it was on over the last few seasons remains to be seen. However,
there appears to be some reason for optimism: the team’s moves and player acquisitions this offseason seemed to align closely with Vrabel’s vision for his team, and should give players such as quarterback Drake Maye a better chance to succeed.
Is this optimism warranted, though? Well, you tell us: welcome to our newest Reacts survey, which tries to answer how fans feel about the club heading into Week 1.
