Andreas Christensen was in international action on Thursday night and caught the eye as Denmark smashed six goals past Belarus in World Cup qualifying.
The Barcelona star played all 90 minutes and even
came up with a pretty tasty assist for Victor Froholdt to score the opening goal on a great evening for the defender and his national team.
The stats also highlight how impressive Christensen was for Denmark. He finished the match with a 96% pass accuracy rate, created 3 chances in total, was not dispossessed throughout the game, won more tackles than anyone else on the pich and more ground duels.
Denmark went on to win comfortably with Rasmus Hojlund and Anders Dreyer both scoring twice, while Patrick Dorgu was also on the scoresheet.
Christensen’s team now move top of their World Cup qualifying group, level on points with Scotland, and go on to play Greece on Sunday in their second fixture of the international break.
