Jules Kounde’s situation at Barcelona is reportedly attracting interest from plenty of Premier League clubs, with the defender currently out of favor at Camp Nou.
Chelsea have been regularly linked with Kounde in recent years, while Arsenal, Manchester City, Liverpool and Manchester United are also monitoring developments, according to Diario Sport.
Kounde spoke at the weekend about being benched by Hansi Flick and admitted he’d been below par but said he hopes to turn his situation around.
The defender
said something similar during the World Cup, adding that he intends to see out his contract that runs until 2030.
However, that’s not stopping the rumor mill from getting excited about Kounde and the possibility of an exit if he continues to sit on the bench for Hansi Flick’s side.
Kounde’s never done anything to suggest he wants out of Barcelona, and indeed rejected Chelsea for Barca back in 2022, but his future will no doubt continue to be talked about if his game time remains limited.
