The 49ers don’t play until Monday Night Football, so we get to enjoy a Sunday with little to no real stress.
The day kicks off with Texans-Jaguars in London. Can DeMeco Ryans get his Houston squad back on track? They’re 1-4 and could really use a divisional win today.
We get a pair of interesting matchups at 10 a.m. PT. The 2-3 Falcons host the 3-2 Bears. Atlanta blew a winnable game over Baltimore last week and now face the return of Caleb Williams. Elsewhere, the 3-2 Browns host the 4-1 Ravens in a game with
bigger divisional implications than I think most expected at this point.
The big game for our purposes in the 1 p.m. window is Cardinals-Rams at 1:05 p.m. I doubt the Cardinals get the upset, but that would certainly further boost the 49ers divisional chances if they did.
Sunday closes out with the Cowboys and Packers facing off on Sunday Night Football. The Cowboys are 2-3 while the Packers are 3-2. Maybe we can get a tie?
