What is the story about?
The Utah Royals announced on Thursday that forward KK Ream has been placed on the season-ending injury list and will miss the remainder of the season. The unfortunate injury happened in training, where the 16-year-old tore her ACL and will have to undergo surgery.
Ream signed her first professional contract in 2024, becoming the youngest player in the club’s history and the youngest goalscorer in NWSL history.
After announcing the player’s injury, the Royals had a nice initiative by providing a link
where you can send her a message of support. You can find the link here.
