A new season of Seattle Seahawks football is here!
The reigning Super Bowl champions start their third season under Mike Macdonald with a home game against the Dallas Cowboys, coached by former Seahawks offensive coordinator Brian Schottenheimer. This will be the first preseason game as Seahawks OC for Brian Fleury, who will at least get to test out life as a play-caller even if in an exhibition with starters largely sitting. We will see the Seahawks and Cowboys meet in the regular season in Week
13 on Monday Night Football at Lumen Field.
As for tonight’s game? It’s all about player development and staying healthy. What will Jalen Milroe do in extended playing time in his second preseason? Can the youngsters in the secondary make a good first impression? How about the competition at the sixth wide receiver spot?
