The Detroit Lions are in Missouri this evening to take on the Kansas City Chiefs for Week 6 of Sunday Night Football on NBC. There’s no love lost for Chiefs Kingdom by Bills Mafia this century, and for good reason: they just win all the right games at all the wrong times for Buffalo.
Well, tonight won’t come easy for KC with Detroit playing an aggressive brand of football. The Lions are such an easy team to root for, especially when they’re not playing the Bills. Like tonight.
Where before a Patriots
loss served as a Bills win, the Chiefs now hold that badge honor. Even if win by KC were to improve Buffalo’s SOS down the road, there’s no reason to hope they win this evening. None. Bills fans want this team to play poorly and lose often. What could be better than that, and on a national stage?
Trouble is, this KC team looks to be rounding back to typical form. Will Detroit show them who’s king of the football jungle?
