Cain Velasquez is headed to Netflix.
The former UFC heavyweight titleholder will join fellow ex-champions Jon Jones and Tyron Woodley for the upcoming “Rousey vs. Carano” broadcast on Sat. (May 16) at Intuit Dome in Los Angeles, alongside UFC veteran Kenny Florian and former Rousey opponent Cat Zingano, among others.
MVP released its full list of on-air talent on Wednesday.

Open Workouts: Wed., May 13 at 6pm PT at Venice Beach Basketball Courts

Weigh-Ins: Fri., May 15 at 6pm PT at Intuit Dome Outdoor Plaza
Note: All fight week events are free and open to the public.
Velasquez, 43, is a notable addition because his last MMA fight was a technical knockout loss to Francis Ngannou back in early 2019 — and “The Predator” is competing on May 16 against a fellow UFC veteran. In addition, Velasquez is just a couple of months removed from his prison sentence for his 2022 vigilante shooting.
And if Ngannou, 39, is too busy to pay attention to Velasquez, perhaps Cain can line up another heavyweight staredown with “Bones.”
