Good morning, baseball fans!
Another week of San Francisco Giants baseball draws to a close this weekend as they continue this three-game home series against the Los Angeles Angels.
Normally, I like to do separate posts for player of the week and highlight of the week. As of the time this is being written, the Giants have lost every game this week. Maybe they pulled off a win last night, but current me is not aware of that yet because it’s well before game time.
So, I don’t really have any highlights
this week that we have not already discussed (thank you, Willy Adames). The Giants had leads at one point in almost every game this week. They still did not win any games. There are absolutely highlights worth mentioning, but at the end of the day they will probably be forgotten. What people will remember about this week, if it’s remembered at all, will be the blown leads and disappointments after disappointments.
That said, I’m exhausted. And my optimism and ability to find nice things to say are kind of running on fumes at this point. So I wanted to give you all the opportunity to share any highlights that stood out to you this week.
