Kevin Holland is not happy with how he performed at UFC Vancouver.
After taking a pair of low blows from Mike Malott in the first round of their co-main event matchup Saturday, and referee Dan Miragliotta
declining to penalize Malott by taking a point, Holland continued on and wasn’t the same fighter. Holland went on to lose a clear unanimous decision to drop his second straight bout.
Following the loss, Holland reacted to the fight on Twitter.
“No doubt we suck, never bet on me again and I need a head massage,” Holland wrote.
Holland made his fifth octagon appearance of 2025, and dropped to 2-3 on the year. “Trailblazer” began the year with a first-round submission loss to Reinier de Ridder at UFC 311, but bounced back to pick up a pair of wins over Gunnar Nelson and Vicente Luque. Prior to his loss on Saturday, Holland was on the wrong end of a unanimous decision against Daniel Rodriguez at UFC 318 in July.
