No. 7 Indiana football got a massive, program-defining win over No. 3 Oregon on the road at Autzen Stadium in Eugene, Oregon on Saturday afternoon.
The Hoosiers put up 326 yards of offense, 215 through
the air and 111 on the ground, while the Ducks could only manage 267. On top of that, Indiana’s defense got after Oregon quarterback Dante Moore throughout the matchup, bringing him to the turf six times for a loss.
Indiana has faced its share of doubters in 2024 and now 2025, particularly after making the inaugural 12-team College Football Playoff field last season. The Hoosiers were particularly criticized for their performance in top-10 games, falling to both Ohio State and Notre Dame in the regular season and playoff, respectively. Few picked them to go into Eugene and come out with a win.
