The Seattle Seahawks, fresh off a disappointing 32-29 loss to the current top seed in the NFC the San Francisco 49ers, did not practice Monday. However, with the short week ahead of the primetime matchup against the Denver Broncos on Thursday Night Football in Week 6, the team released its estimated injury report.
There are no real surprises on the injury report, but there are a couple of the listing worth noting. First, even in the wake of Mike Macdonald noting that Zach Charbonnet is not expected
to play Thursday as he continues working his way back from a torn ACL suffered in the 2025 postseason, Charbs was estimated as limited. That is far from the end of the world, but as the team approaches two weeks since designating Charbonnet for return, that he remains limited makes his status worth watching over the next week and a half before his practice window closes.
At linebacker, Drake Thomas was estimated to have not practiced with an ankle injury, while the ankle injury Leonard Williams suffered in Week 4 continues to have his participation estimated as limited.
Curiously, after having been listed as limited in practice on the initial injury report ahead of the game against the Niners with a knee injury, rookie right guard Beau Stephens was listed as a limited participant on the initial Week 6 injury report with a shoulder injury.
Curiously, Drew Lock is dealing with a right forearm injury after not playing a single snap against the Niners. Lock certainly wouldn’t be expected to play, but it does call into question what impact that injury might have if Seattle is forced to turn to Lock against the Broncos on Thursday night.
And now it’s on to the first road trip to Denver for the Seahawks since the altitudegate loss to open the 2018 season.
