
Maryland men’s basketball hired Seth Allen as a graduate assistant, the team announced Monday.
Allen played for the Terps in the 2012-13 and 2013-14 seasons, averaging 9.8 points per game over the course of those two campaigns. He then transferred to Virginia Tech — then led by Maryland head coach Buzz Williams — and was named ACC Sixth Man of the Year in his final collegiate season.
Allen was previously
an assistant coach at Division II Barry and NAIA Florida National. He spent time playing in both the NBA G League and overseas. Now, he reunites with his former college coach in College Park.
