Days after the Chiefs defeated the Las Vegas Raiders, 30-27, in a battle of undefeated AFC West rivals, CBS Sports PR shared data regarding viewership for one of the biggest games of the NFL season thus far.
CBS Sports PR said the Chiefs-Raiders matchup saw 28.448 million viewers, making it the most-watched NFL game of the 2026 season and the best Week 4 game ever for any network. It came in the first-ever matchup between the Chiefs and Raiders with both teams at 3-0.
Dez Bryant ‘goes on record’ to say how the Chiefs have already been gifted the Super Bowl | Yahoo! Sports
Former Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant has now blamed the Seattle Seahawks for virtually gifting the Chiefs another Super Bowl through their offseason business.
The Seahawks were not able to reach an agreement with Kenneth Walker III after winning the Super Bowl in February. This saw the running back instantly land with the Chiefs when the free agent market opened for business.
‘I want to go on record and say the Seahawks gave the championship to the Chiefs this year by letting Walker go…’ said Bryant on X.
Tyreek Hill’s estranged wife details abuse allegations in Day 1 of civil trial | The Athletic
During direct examination, Vaccaro Hill described an incident in July 2024 after she and Hill visited ESPN headquarters in Bristol, Conn. She said Hill became upset when Vaccaro Hill declined to get professional hair and makeup done for potential interviews there.
Vaccaro Hill said later, at the hotel, Hill remained upset when he tried to punch her stomach. She said she put her hands on her stomach to block the strike, which made contact with her hands. She said Hill told her then that he didn’t want the baby.
Vaccaro Hill described the day as “probably the worst of all these abuse times.” She also alleged Hill pulled her hair and ripped it out that same day.
Chiefs bye-week awards: Top rookie, most improved players through 4-0 start | The Kansas City Star
Top rookie: Mansoor Delane
Votes: Delane (4), Kahlil Benson (1)
The Chiefs turned the page to the future this offseason when they opted to trade two-time All-Pro cornerback Trent McDuffie to the Los Angeles Rams, then traded up to No. 6 overall to select cornerback Mansoor Delane as his replacement.
Because of a shoulder injury he suffered during OTAs, Delane had an up-and-down training camp. But he began his NFL career with a bang, recording an interception against the Denver Broncos on the third play of his career. The problem was that he aggravated the shoulder in the process.
Three Things Andy Reid and the Chiefs Need to Correct Going Into the Bye | Sports Illustrated
Rushing the Passer
Despite having the immobile Kirk Cousins wrapped up multiple times this past weekend, the pass rush still failed to capitalize on its opportunities. George Karlaftis was the star of the show as he finished with 11 quarterback pressures, tied for the most in a game all year, yet even his fourth-quarter sack was wiped away by a penalty.
Simply put, KC needs more from pass rushers like Chris Jones, Felix Anudike-Uzomah, and rookie R Mason Thomas. Finishing with a goose egg in the sack column every week isn’t a sustainable formula for success.

Eagles All-Pro Lane Johnson retires, ending 14-season NFL career | ESPN
“I deeply wanted to gut it out for one more year; to take the field with my brothers for one last season. But after a lot of reflection, I’ve realized that my personal and family priorities have changed. Right now it is critical that I focus on my mental health,” he wrote in a statement posted to social media.
“I owe it to my teammates, coaches, the organization and the fans to have my head and heart 100 percent in the game. And right now my heart is telling me that it’s time to say goodbye to football.”
Report: Seahawks opt against signing RB Joe Mixon following physical | NFL.com
The Seattle Seahawks have decided to not sign the veteran running back to their practice squad following a physical, ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported on Tuesday.
Seahawks head coach Mike Macdonald told reporters on Monday that the team was “going through the process” of adding Mixon. That process evidently has ended without a signing.
Mixon missed the entire 2025 season with the Texans due to a foot injury, and Houston released him this past offseason.
Chargers fire sale at NFL trade deadline? Landing spots for Khalil Mack and Tuli Tuipulotu | CBS Sports
If things continue to go downhill for Los Angeles, the Chargers could be sellers at the Nov. 10 trade deadline. They have a few intriguing trade targets teams will be looking at — especially when it comes to pass rusher. Let’s take a look at some Chargers players who could be traded in the near future, and a couple of potential landing spots for them as well.

The good and the bad about the Chiefs’ win against the Raiders
Kirk Cousins wasn’t sacked in this game, which might lead you to think the Chiefs’ defensive line didn’t get much pressure. However, the Chiefs did get pressure on Cousins in this game 34.6% of his dropbacks, which was 16th in the NFL for Week 4. Without blitzes, the Chiefs were 12th at 34.2%.
Two players led the charge in getting pressure in this game: defensive ends R Mason Thomas and George Karlaftis. Thomas finished the day with eight pressures, including five in the fourth quarter. Thomas took time to get into this game, but his speed and explosiveness off the edge showed up when it mattered.
