What is the story about?
On Sunday morning, it was reported that Fairfield forward Brandon Benjamin has committed to transfer to Boston College.
Benjamin, a 6’8” rising sophomore, played one season at Fairfield where he averaged
14.2 points per game, 10.4 rebounds, and 1.2 assists. Despite his smaller stature, he’s an absolute machine on the boards that racked up 4.3 offensive rebounds per game and shot 57% on 2-point field goals. He’s an important pick-up for Luke Murray’s BC squad, who has found effective perimeter scorers in the portal (Money Williams, Ernest Shelton) and now will be able to utilize Benjamin as a threat near the rim.
Welcome to the Heights, Brandon!
