Braylon Mullins hit the shot heard around the basketball world Sunday night, swishing a 35-footer with 0.3 seconds to put UConn ahead of Duke 73-72 and send the Huskies to their eighth Final Four. The improbable shot after the deflection from Silas Demary Jr. came from the hands of Alex Karaban, who passed up an okay look to give Mullins a better one.
For a program with a history of legendary March moments, this one may take the cake. No other UConn buzzer-beater had higher stakes or came against
better competition. It’s a fitting moment for Mullins, the Indiana native, who now heads back to Indianapolis with a shot to give the Huskies their third national title in the last four seasons.
Here are some of the best angles and reactions from an instant classic in the Elite Eight.

Ian Eagle’s broadcast call was perfect, and so was Bill Raftery’s classic catchphrases. Onions! Nylon!
Jon Rothstein was speechless, for once in his life.
A fun 2D reenactment of the shot courtesy of NBA Paint.
An epic wide shot from the main MBB account. You can really get a sense of how deep this shot is here and hear an awesome crowd pop.
J. Timothy’s, home of the famous dirt wings, cooked up an epic Whitney Houston edit.
And finally, a great supercut of 10 awesome angles to cover anything we missed.
