The Cleveland Browns close out their three-game road trip this week when they take on the New Orleans Saints.
This will be just the 21st meeting between the two teams, which makes it one of the least-played opponents for the Browns in franchise history.
The game being played in New Orleans might be beneficial to the Browns, as eight of their 13 wins against the Saints have come as the road team. That includes surprises like the 2010 game, one of the lone bright spots in the Eric Mangini era, and the 1999,
which was won on a 56-yard Hail Mary from Tim Couch to Kevin Johnson for the expansion team’s first victory.
We are still a few days away from the contest, so let’s get this Wednesday rolling with today’s edition of the Daily Dawg Chow.
