Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) held its official pre-fight press conference on Thurs. (watch here) for the upcoming stacked first Paramount+ numbered event, UFC 324, locked and loaded for this Sat. (Jan. 24, 2026) inside T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada. All 10 main card fighters were on hand and came face-to-face following the press conference festivities, setting the tone for what promises to be a wild night of fights.
That includes the night’s headliners, as two-time title challenger Justin
Gaethje squared off with surging No. 5-ranked contender Paddy Pimblett. Gaethje is aiming to become a two-time interim Lightweight champion, while Pimblett looks to continue his meteoric rise toward superstardom with the biggest win of his career.
In the co-main event, former Bantamweight champion Sean O’Malley went nose-to-nose with China’s Song Yadong, a bout that could have serious title implications at 135 pounds.
Elsewhere on the card, Derrick Lewis — the UFC’s all-time knockout leader and Heavyweight knockout king — faced off with surging contender Waldo Cortes-Acosta. Former two-time Strawweight champion Rose Namajunas met No. 2-ranked Flyweight contender Natalia Silva, while Brazilian fan favorite Jean Silva stared down the always-durable Arnold Allen in what could be a sleeper Fight of the Night.
