What is the story about?
The offense is S-T-R-U-G-G-L-I-N-G right now outside of Bryce Harper. There doesn’t seem to be cohesion with the group, a plan when they face a opposing pitchers or any type of approach. We know that truly isn’t the case since these are dedicated professionals, but if we’re going off of what the kids say these days, the vibes are bad.
If you had any say in how to help them get going, what might be your advice? Are you looking for a lineup change? Is there more playing time that should be shifted in a certain
direction? We’ve seen the team slump before, but unlike in the past, this slump looks like it is being taken into the field on defense where sloppy play has led to the opposition scoring runs.
Something needs to change.
