After the loss to then #10 Iowa State, Purdue, and its fans, are looking for a bounce back game. What better way to do that than at home in their first Big Ten game against the Minnesota Golden Gophers. Now, though Minnesota isn’t expected to finish in the top half of the league or anything, but they can be a dangerous team as evidenced by their defeat of IU. Now, maybe that depends on your opinion of IU, mine is particularly low, but you can’t deny that they at least have some players better than they have in recent
years. When the Gophers come into Mackey Arena tonight it will give Purdue a chance to wipe the taste of loss out of their mouths, but it will also give Minnesota a chance at a signature win.
