Welcome back everyone to the Hike’s Peak podcast, thank you for coming back to the mountain! With the regular season now two thirds of the way through, everyone knows who the College Football Playoff contenders are. The PAC-12’s challenger, Boise State, was nearly toppled by Texas State in one of the wildest games of the year, but survived thanks to a heroic performance from backup QB Max Cutforth. We’ll break everything you need to know from that game down, followed by the Mountain West’s challenger, New
Mexico, who officially cracked the Top 25 for the first time in program history! We’ll also analyze Fresno State’s upset over Oregon State, which throws a wrench into the conference championship picture. After that, we’ll go over every team’s MVP to this point in the year, and of course, we’ll end the show with our Mountain West and PAC-12 games of the week. Fun episode this week, let’s dive in!
