Last night, the Royals beat the Athletics for the first time in five tries this season, with that they also won their 81st game, clinching at least a .500 season.
Cole Ragans will get the start today, he has
been solid since coming back from the IL. The left-hander hopes to end the season with another great start and build that momentum into next season.

The Athletics are now 76-85 on the season, one of their best seasons record wise in a couple of years. They will also be starting a left-hander, 27-year-old Brady Basso. In those 10 games, Basso has pitched 10.1 innings and struck out eight batters, with a 1.74 ERA.
