first practice for the NFC Championship showdown with the Los Angeles Rams, the Seahawks designated George Holani for return to practice. He has a 21-day window to be put on the active roster or revert to IR, but that means nothing since 21 days from now the Super Bowl will have already happened, so ignore the window. And, now the Seahawks have announced that Holani has been designated to return from injured reserve ahead of practice Wednesday.
Holani has 22 carries for 73 yards and a touchdown on the season. His hard-nosed running style is fairly similar to Charbonnet’s, and he’s
We’ll have the Seahawks’ first injury report for the Rams game by the end of day.
