There is no such thing as a bad one year contract. This is something that I have been told and come to believe. There are bad one year contracts insomuch as players turn into pumpkins during that one year,
but there is nothing tethering them to the team long term. That’s what makes it a good contract.
Luis Arraez going to the Giants seems like a big waste of money.
