Moore is regarded as one of Tottenham Hotspur’s highest-rated academy graduates in recent years. The 18-year-old
is primarily a left winger, but he can also play on the right or as an attacking midfielder. After breaking into Spurs’ first team as a teenager, he gained valuable senior experience on loan at Rangers during the 2025/26 season and is now expected to continue his development with another loan move, reportedly to FC Köln.
In 33 games for Rangers, Moore tallied seven goals and showed great promise. At a time where the Billy Goats could lose Said El Mala, this could be a very valuable move if it goes through.
If El Mala ends up staying, he could teamwith Moore to add a real boost to the FC Köln attack and potentially make the squad a stronger contender in the Bundesliga (though still far behind Bayern Munich).
