Juventus officially announced the arrival of 29-year-old Italian shot-stopper Guglielmo
Vicario on a initial season-long loan from Tottenham Hotspur. After making 117 appearances in North London and helping Spurs lift the Europa League title in 2025, Vicario returns to Serie A looking for a fresh start.
The move brings an end to a tricky period at Tottenham for Vicario, who had fallen down the pecking order following the rise of Antonín Kinský and missed out on key pre-season action. Now back on home soil, he turns his focus toward solidifying his spot in the national team picture and securing regular minutes at the highest level.

There’s another new Bianconero in Turin – Guglielmo Vicario has joined the Club on a season-long loan from Tottenham Hotspur that will run until 30 June, 2027.
The 29-year-old goalkeeper came through the ranks in Italy with Udinese, before heading away from Udine to represent Venezia, Perugia, Cagliari and Empoli, making 69 Serie A appearances for the latter. During his time in Tuscany, he established himself as one of the very best goalkeepers in Italy.
He joined Tottenham in 2023, and went on to play 117 times for the North London side. He also helped the English side to silverware when they won the Europa League in 2024/25.
