Saint Louis held steady at the top of the Men’s Other Top 25 for a second straight week. Undefeated Miami (OH) came in at No. 2 once again. The RedHawks are 20-0 and are the last unbeaten mid-major team.
Saint Mary’s jumped back into the top five at No. 3. Utah St. and San Diego St. followed in a tie for fourth.
George Mason and VCU came in sixth and tied for ninth to give the Atlantic 10 three teams in the top 10. The Mountain West also had a trio of teams in the top 10 as New Mexico tied for seventh. Santa Clara was deadlocked with the Lobos, which gives the WCC two teams in the top eight. The Broncos and Gaels are both 8-1 in league play.
Tulsa moved up eight spots into a tie for ninth from 17. The Golden Hurricane is 17-3 and has won four in a row. Eric Konkol’s team is 49th in the NET, 57th in BartTorvik and 61st in KenPom. It 24th in adjusted offensive efficiency, per KenPom.
Grand Canyon made a similar jump and elevated from tied for 22nd to 14th. The Lopes have won three in a row, which includes wins over Utah St. and San Diego St. They sit 28th in Torvik over the last 10 days. GCU is 55th in Torvik for the season, 74th in the NET and 76th in KenPom.
Four teams joined the ranking after not being in it a week ago. Stephen F. Austin came in at 19. South Florida was 20. High Point followed one spot behind, and North Dakota St. was 24. They replaced Utah Valley, Florida Atlantic, UC San Diego and Davidson.
