Ferran Torres’ Barcelona exit appears to be a matter of time as official talks between the Catalans and Paris Saint-Germain are underway.
According to Fabrizio Romano’s latest update, PSG have sent in an official bid after informing Barça they have already agreed personal terms with the scorer of Spain’s World Cup winning goal.
The two clubs had already held informal talks over the weekend establishing the basis of a deal that will likely be closed for €50 million, and PSG’s official bid gets us closer
to a resolution.
Ferran was first linked to PSG during the World Cup and made headlines with comments about his future at Camp Nou, and a move to Paris materialized quickly over the last week.
The reigning back-to-back European champions want a new backup striker after selling Gonçalo Ramos and Randal Kolo Muani this summer and have chosen Ferran, and the deal is now very close to completion.
