El Grande Americano and Original Grande Americano are set to collide in mask versus mask on May 30, but first comes the official contract signing. That is the feature segment for the May 2 live episode of Lucha Libre AAA from Queretaro. I’d say that this is arguably the hottest feud in wrestling right now. If you’ve only seen them beefing in WWE, then you are missing out. The crowd reaction in Mexico takes the excitement to a higher level. As with all contract signings in this sport, let’s hope it erupts
in violence.
The show also features Fenix wrestling AAA cruiserweight champion Laredo Kid in a non-title bout. Laredo is veering rudo by accusing Fenix of jealousy over the gold. This should lead to an official title shot down the line.
El Hijo del Vikingo faces Mini Vikingo in the ring. This will be Vikingo’s chance for revenge after Mini stopped him from cheating in the WWE Intercontinental Championship bout against Penta. Vikingo is blaming Mini for the loss. Mini is trifling in Vikingo’s business, because a violent beatdown put him in the hospital.
For most of the world, WWE streams the show in English and AAA offers the program in Spanish in the live section of their respective YouTube channels at 10 pm ET. In Mexico and Latin America, the AAA broadcast airs at 8 pm on Fox, Fox One, and Fox Tubi. In South America (except Brazil), head to the Fox YouTube channel.
