Jacobe Smith pushed his UFC record to 4-0 earlier tonight (Sat., Oct. 3, 2026) at UFC 332 LIVE on Paramount+/CBS from inside Delta Center in Salt Lake City, Utah, after easily smashing massive betting underdog Bruce Whitehead with a first-round TKO (slam and punches).
Unfortunately for all involved, this fight started with a brutal groin shot that left Whitehead flopping around the Octagon like a fish out of water. The replay confirmed the accidental low blow, which was one of the worst ones fight fans
have seen in a while. Whitehead was able to continue fighting, but he was certainly still in pain.
It appeared that Whitehead was able to hurt Smith once the action resumed, but Smith quickly closed the gap, grabbed a hold of Whitehead, and launched him in the air for a massive slam. Whitehead seemed to hit his head just a little bit on the canvas, which allowed Smith the opportunity to unload ferocious ground-and-pound. It wasn’t long before Whitehead was out cold and the referee stepped in.
