Looking for their first back-to-back wins of 2026, the 3-4 Los Angeles Rams take on the winless Los Angeles Chargers on Sunday November 1. FOX is set to televise the 1:o5 p.m. PDT kickoff from SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, Ca. With the two organizations sharing the same stadium, it is the Rams that have been designated as the home team.
2026 has been a struggle for the o-6 Chargers, but coming in to the game off a bye week, they should be refreshed, healed up, and ready for a clean slate. The Bolts have
struggled on offense, rating in the Bottom 3 of the NFL in total points scored (90), total yards (1723), yards per play (4.6), passing yards (1009), percentage of drives ending in a score (25.4), and have the highest percentage of drives ending in a turnover (19.7).
On the other hand, the Rams are towards the top of NFL stats in both offense and defense. Allowing opponents (mostly lesser) to hang around too long, self-inflicted wounds, and horrendous special teams play has them needing this win to get back to .500 and stay within reach of the six teams that are ahead or tied with them in the wild card race.
The injury bug has really embedded under the Rams skin and Week 8 is no different. L.A. has four starters with a questionable designation, center Coleman Shelton (hip). tight end Colby Parkinson (ribs), wide receiver Jordan Whittington (back), and cornerback Trent McDuffie (groin). Long snapper Joe Cardona is doubtful with a bad ankle.
