Kordell Stewart to Colorado State?
His agent is telling people that he’d be interested in the job. However, it’s important to remember it doesn’t mean there will be mutual interest. And being a Colorado alum, that may be a tough sell to some people. Entering the coaching carousel season, agents will do their job by attempting
to create interest in their clients. Take everything with a grain of salt.
Mountain West Rankings
Chris Murray acknowledges that no team deserves to be in the number one spot, but since someone has to, San Diego State comes out on top. Hawaii makes a huge jump to second, with Boise State, New Mexico, Fresno State, and UNLV each dropping down a spot. The Aggies and Cowboys rise up a notch, while Air Force drops one and San Jose State drops three, losing all the momentum they previously gained. Then, it’s Colorado State and Nevada in their rightful places.
Athlon Bowl Projections
Bowl games continue to take shape with Athlon’s weekly post. This week sees San Diego State continue to be in the LA Bowl, with UNLV still in the Potato Bowl. Obviously, Hawaii is in the Hawaii Bowl, with Boise State playing in the First Responder Bowl. Then, Fresno State and New Mexico are in the Arizona and New Mexico Bowls, respectively. Still no Utah State.
