- Emre Can and Julien Duranville have resumed some amount of training. Duranville still cannot see any shoulder contract, but Can is working toward a return after the November international break (Pre-game Presser)
- Kovac backed Serhou Guirassy’s brief dry spell, noting his importance to the side. Hard to imagine Guirassy will be out of the goals for long.

- Everyone won again…great. BVB’s loss to Bayern is still stinging, they slip back to 4th in the table. Despite their victory.
- Köln defender Timo Hübers suffered a serious knee injury according to the club. He will go in for surgery today. Hoping for a good outcome for him.
- Sandro Wagner’s Augsburg were pummeled by RB Leipzig this weekend. Not a good look for one of Germany’s more promising young coaches.
