Michigan has a huge matchup on September 12 against Oklahoma at Michigan Stadium, and on Monday, the kickoff time and broadcast information were announced.
Michigan will play Oklahoma at noon ET on Sept. 12, and it will be broadcast on Fox. Michigan faced Oklahoma last season in Week 2. It was Bryce Underwood’s first road start, a 24-13 Michigan loss. While Oklahoma will be formidable, quarterback John Mateer can be electric
on a given occasion but can also be erratic. Defensively, all eyes will be on former Michigan linebacker Cole Sullivan, who transferred to the Sooners this offseason. Oklahoma was a No. 8-seed in the College Football Playoff last season, losing 34-24 to Alabama in the first round. If Michigan is to beat Oklahoma in September, it would show progress under new head coach Kyle Whittingham and perhaps a Michigan team that can push for a playoff spot in 2026.
Michigan also announced, unsurprisingly, that kickoff time against Ohio State will be at noon on November 28, with the game being broadcast on Fox. Michigan has won the last two contests on the road in Columbus, with the last being an improbable 13-10 win in 2024.
