It appears a grudge match between controversial influencer, Andrew Tate, and former UFC title challenger, Darren Till, will have to wait.
I guess that remaining 25% didn’t pan out.
According to a recent report by UK’s Mirror, Tate will return to combat sports for a showdown against Chase DeMoor at Misfits Boxing 23 on Dec. 20 in Dubai. Their matchup is set to headline Misfits’ end-of-year event and will be contested for the Misfits Boxing heavyweight title. The undercard remains a work in progress.
This may come as a bit of a surprise. While it was only a matter of time before Tate signed the dotted line for his Misfits Boxing debut most believed his first fight would come against Till. In early September, Till revealed that the grudge match was a “75% made fight,” suggesting matchmakers only needed to check off a few more boxes to make it official.
Unfortunately, Tate has decided to “snub” Till and move on with a matchup against DeMoor.
While DeMoor isn’t as experienced as Till, he’s still a suitable opponent for Tate in his official Misfits debut. The hulking influencer is unbeaten in his last nine fights, including both exhibition and professional boxing bouts. DeMoor also has six finishes during that span, making him a candidate to shock Tate and hand him a knockout loss to close out 2025.
Thoughts?
