Her lengthy career as a wrestler, manager, and valet in WCW and WWE earned Torrie Wilson a spot in the WWE Hall of Fame back in 2019. We know from the former Miss Galaxy winner’s occasional WWE appearances
(like in 2019’s Royal Rumble match) that Wilson is in fantastic shape for her or any age, we still didn’t expect to be learning that Torrie just became a mother for the first time at 50-years-old.
But that’s the news she shared last night (Nov. 16) on social media. Wilson and husband Justin Tupper’s their baby to the world, revealing that Poppi Wilson Tupper was born via surrogate
Poppi Wilson Tupper was born via our angel surrogate a few months ago. 🙏🏽🩷🥺
I wasn’t sure if “Mommy” was going to be in the cards for me. As I write this, I’m filled with emotion & gratitude. I feel like I slid onto the subway train just as the doors were closing.
Thank you for making my dream come true @justinctupper
Surrogacy these days typically means a “gestational carrier” is implanted with an embryo created using in vitro fertilization (IVF) using the genetic parents eggs and sperm. Wilson has yet to provide any details about the process she and Tupper used.
The comments of Wilson’s Instagram post is filled with congratulations from stars she’s worked with and met over the years:
