Benoit Saint Denis turned in the biggest win of his UFC career earlier tonight (Sat., Nov. 15, 2025) at UFC 322 LIVE on ESPN+ pay-per-view (PPV) from inside Madison Square Garden in New York City, stopping

lightweight veteran Beneil Dariush with a blistering 16-second knockout.

This PPV opener was marked in red by fight fans because a finish was imminent. Saint Denis is one of the most violent fighters on the UFC roster today and when he smells blood a finish is sure to come. Dariush, on the other hand, is more calculated, but when he is faced with adversity he usually does his best work. It was a recipe for chaos.

Luckily for fight fans, the lightweight matchup didn’t disappoint. It also didn’t last that long.

Saint Denis, who had three knockout wins on his UFC resume entering tonight, uncorked a nasty left hook inside that caught Dariush and sent him crumbling to the canvas. “BSD” followed up with a few punches to the head before the referee stepped in for the stoppage. It took Saint Denis only 16 seconds to earn the knockout stoppage and now enters 2026 one of the hottest fighters in the deepest division in the sport.
