more players to help fill out the team, no real surprises in the mix. All the big decisions are still to be made for players even close to the bubble.
Following Thursday’s 4-0 loss to Columbus, the Pens have one more preseason game on Saturday in Buffalo. The regular season begins for them on Wednesday in Philadelphia. By then they’ll be down to 23 healthy players and still have well over a dozen more players to trim away from the NHL camp to get there.
