The Michigan Wolverines have four games in October, and earlier this week, we asked fans what they believe their win total will be for the month. And now the results are in.

74% of fans believe Michigan
will have a 4-o record in October, while 23% think they’ll go 3-1. Just 2% of fans predicted a 2-2 finish, and 1% said they’ll go 1-3.
Here’s a look at Michigan’s October schedule and its chances of winning according to ESPN Analytics
- Oct. 4 vs Wisconsin (2-2): 89.1% chance of winning
- Oct. 11 at USC (4-1): 33.5% chance of winning
- Oct. 18 vs Washington (3-1): 79.6% chance of winning
- Oct. 25 at Michigan State (3-1): 85.7% chance of winning
All four of Michigan’s opponents in October have lost their last game — Wisconsin lost 27-10 to Maryland, USC lost 34-32 to Illinois, Washington lost 24-6 to Ohio State, and Michigan State lost 45-31 to USC. If Michigan’s able to run the gauntlet in October, they’d enter November with a 7-1 record and likely ranked in the top 10 in the nation and in prime position to make the College Football Playoff.
