Barring any last-minute trades, the Las Vegas Raiders, New York Jets, Arizona Cardinals, Tennessee Titans and New York Giants, are scheduled to have the first five picks of the draft. The Chiefs are scheduled to have two first-round picks: No. 9 and No. 29. With three of the draft’s first 40 selections, will Kansas City wait until pick No. 9 — or pursue an aggressive trade up?
