Bayern Munich star Harry Kane could not hide his disappointment after his squad dropped a 3-1 decision to Arsenal in the Champions League.
It was a match that Bayern Munich could never get control of and
also one where Kane could not find a way to get into the flow of the attack. All-in-all, it was a disappointing game for the Bavarians.
“It was a tough game, which is kind of what we expected. It was a good battle in the first half which was fairly even. Second half we didn’t quite have the same energy or intensity and we lost too many duels. It’s our first loss of the season. We don’t want to panic too much about it. But we will learn about it for sure,” Kane told TNT Sports (as captured by @iMiaSanMia).
The Bavarians have shown an ability to adapt and get better. This loss, though, offered a lot of insight into some of the team’s weaknesses. Vincent Kompany and his staff will surely address the issues, but fixing them is not easy task. That said, if anyone can make the necessary adjustments, it is this season’s Bayern Munich squad — a team know for its resilience.
