Portland Trail Blazers center Yang Hansen is available to play in tonight’s NBA Summer League contest against the Minnesota Timberwolves, the organization announced.

Yang missed Portland’s 112-105 overtime loss to the Orlando Magic in Las Vegas on Sunday due to an illness. The second-year center played in the team’s Summer League opener against the Phoenix Suns on Friday, providing 12 points, nine rebounds, four assists, and four turnovers while shooting 5-10 from the floor (2-3 on 3s) in 26 minutes.

The Blazers also lost that game 81-79, so their current Summer League record stands at 0-2.

The Blazers also announced guard DJ Steward is out tonight due to a left hamstring injury. Steward, who started the previous two games for Portland, produced 21 points (8-18 shooting) and eight rebounds in the opener. He followed that up with 10 points (4-11 shooting) and five assists in Sunday’s loss.

Additionally, the Blazers have added guard Kira Lewis Jr. to the Summer League squad. Lewis, 25, spent this past season in the G League with the Wisconsin Herd. The 6-foot-1 guard was selected No. 13 overall by the New Orleans Pelicans in the 2020 NBA Draft.

The Blazers are scheduled to tip off against the Timberwolves tonight at 8 p.m. PDT. The game will be available to watch on BlazerVision, KUNP and ESPN2.
