You’ll be forgiven if you missed this in the aftermath of Texas A&M’s 16-10 win over Auburn yesterday (as I did), but the Aggies added another commit to their 2027 recruiting class on Saturday evening,
with 3-star athlete Hakim Frampton committing to the Aggies.
Frampton is currently ranked as the No. 402 recruit in the country, the No. 2 player in Arkansas and the No. 23 athlete, according to the 247 Sports composite rankings. The California product chose the Aggies over Oregon, Nebraska and Ole Miss, among many others.
The Aggies now have three commits in their 2027 class, with Frampton joining QB Jayce Johnson and OT DeMarrion Johnson. A&M’s class is currently ranked No. 13 nationally, but sitting here more than 14 months away from early signing day, that’s not all that relevant.
