When the Portland Trail Blazers face the Charlotte Hornets tomorrow night we’ll be celebrating our annual Blazer’s Edge Night with 2617 of our friends whom you sent to the Moda Center via tickets you donated!
I’m in town to attend the event. Tomorrow you can catch me on the radio with Chad Doing on Rip City Radio 620 and then again on the Trail Blazers pregame show. Tonight I was scheduled to go on a date! Nothing heavy, just a bit of chatting and then, “Hey wanna…?” and a, “Yeah!” But through nobody’s
real fault, it’s not going to work out this evening, which leaves me in Portland with nothing to do!
In celebration of this non-event of an evening, we’re going to go old school here at Blazer’s Edge, back to my very first days of running the site. We’re opening up a thread where you can talk to me, Dave, Managing Editor, about anything you please! Maybe some people will show up. Maybe not. We’ll probably close it around 9:00 or whenever it dies down. Until then, come into the comments and say hey! I’ll be here along with your Blazer’s Edge friends to make the evening fun, informative, and maybe semi-interesting.
