Former Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown pled guilty to aggravated assault with a firearm on Friday, as reported by Austin Perry. The former All-Pro receiver accepted a plea deal that will see him avoid jail time by being placed on probation for three years while attending weekly counseling sessions.
This stems from a shooting involving Brown in Florida in 2025, where he was originally charged with attempted murder. Brown said he was defending himself from someone attempting to rob him.
Brown is the Steelers’ second all-time leader in receptions, yards, and touchdowns. From 2013-18, no player had more catches, yards, or touchdowns in the NFL. He is a seven-time Pro Bowler and a five-time All-Pro.
