Barcelona star Ferran Torres aimed a savage dig at La Liga and their match officials after seeing a goal ruled out for offside during Wednesday’s 1-0 win over Celta Vigo at Camp Nou.
Torres thought he had made it 2-0 in the second half when he volleyed home a great ball from Pedri but saw his effort swiftly chalked off.
The Spain star has now taken to social media to share what he thinks of the decision.
He posted some images of the offside decison and added a sarcastic message for the assistant refereee:
“What an eye.” Torres also made sure to tag Javier Tebas in his mesage.
Hansi Flick was baffled by the decison to disallow the goal and questioned why it had been ruled out after the match. He said: “I’d like an explanation as to why it was ruled offside. I saw the photo, the same one you all saw.”
The win did mean that Barcelona restore their nine-point lead at the top of the table. Barca now have just six games left to play and head to Getafe next.
