The Ravens hosted several players for workouts on Friday and emerged with two signings.
The first is a reunion with wide receiver Chris Moore (via ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler), a 2017 fourth-round pick who spent the first five years of his career in Baltimore. He appeared in 61 games for the Ravens with as somewhat of a spiritual predecessor to Tylan Wallace, occupying a rotational run-blocking role on offense with heavy involvement on special teams.
After leaving Baltimore in 2020, Moore spent two years
in Houston including a career-best 2024 campaign featuring 48 catches for 548 yards. He was a solid deep threat for the Titans the following year, racking up 424 yards on just 22 catches. Moore then appeared in five games for the Cardinals in 2024 before stepping up amid the Commanders’ injuries to play 429 snaps across 14 appearances last year.
The Ravens are also expected to sign veteran offensive tackle Hakeem Adeniji, per Fowler. Originally a Bengals sixth-round pick in 2020, Adeniji started at right guard and both tackle spots across his first three years in Cincinnati – somewhat emblematic of the team’s O-line issues during the early Joe Burrow years. He was waived during roster cuts in 2023 and later signed with the Vikings, but did not play an offensive snap that year. In 2024, he signed with the Browns but missed the entire year due to a knee injury. Adeniji spent last season with the Cowboys with one start at left guard and a handful of snaps at left tackle.
